Orders, Payment & Delivery
Once you create a user profile, you may place orders through our website. When you are ready to check out, payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal, subject to the payment options available at the time of purchase.
A minimum order value of USD 100, excluding shipping charges, is required. For order values below USD 1,000, full payment in advance is required.
All items purchased from Salamander Jewelry are shipped under the terms of the relevant courier’s shipping contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Proof of shipment can be provided, and in the event of delay in transit, the customer should contact the courier directly.

Where offered, the WELCOME10 coupon applies only to first-time customers placing their first order and is subject to a minimum purchase of USD 100. Jewelry should be sterilized prior to use where required.
