Customer Registration

To create an account with Salamander Jewelry you must provide data including your name, email address phone number, and a password for your account.  If you confirm a purchase you will provide payment information which we use at the point of purchase only. Your profile information is never shared externally or used for purposes other than processing of your Salamander Jewelry order or contact regarding current, past or future orders.

Our customers have the right to obtain from our Data Controller without any undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the customer shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed and or rectified, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

You can manually access all the personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by clicking on "modify profile" on the top of the profile page. Please note you have to be logged on to modify your profile. We can provide you a full CSV file of all of the personal data we keep on your file for easy access and complete deletion if required from our database. Please note that this may adversely affect our ability to serve you effectively.

Please note that we may transfer your personal data to countries in which international standard Data Protection rules and regulations differ, purely for purposes of completion of an order.
