We work with reliable international couriers and aim to make shipping as smooth and transparent as possible. The information below explains how we handle courier options, tracking, packing, shipping charges, customs, and insurance.
Available Couriers
We can ship your order by UPS, DHL, FedEx, or EMS, depending on the destination, parcel size, service availability, and customer preference. In most cases, our most competitive shipping rates are available with UPS and DHL, which are the couriers we use most frequently for international shipments. FedEx is also available, although shipping costs may sometimes be higher depending on the destination and service level required.
For orders that include displays, tools, or other bulky items, prepaid shipping may not always be available through the website. These items often require separate freight calculation because they take up more space and may be more expensive to transport than standard jewelry products. In such cases, we will confirm the shipping cost once the order is ready to ship or once the estimated freight cost has been checked with the courier.
Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide the shipment details so you can follow its progress in transit. When we send your shipping invoice by email, the tracking number will normally appear near the bottom of the document, just above the total amount. You can then use the relevant courier’s tracking system to monitor the parcel and check the latest delivery status.
Tracking information is especially useful for international shipments, where delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local courier conditions. We recommend checking the tracking regularly after dispatch so you can stay updated and prepare for receipt of the shipment.
Packing & Handling
We take great care in packing every order to help ensure it reaches you safely and in good condition. Jewelry is packed according to product type and order content, while displays, tools, and other larger items are packed separately with suitable protection where needed. For fragile or sensitive items, we may add extra protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transport.
All shipments leave our warehouse in good condition and are checked before dispatch. Our packing methods are designed to support safe international delivery, but shipping conditions can vary depending on the courier, route, and handling during transit. For this reason, proper packing is an important part of how we manage order quality beyond the factory itself.
Shipping Costs & Customs
Shipping costs shown on the website apply to prepaid web orders only and usually cover standard jewelry shipments. These rates do not include displays, tools, or other bulky items, which may require a separate shipping quotation based on the actual weight, volume, destination, and courier service. If prepaid shipping is not available for your country or order type, we will send you a payment request once the estimated freight cost has been confirmed.
The shipping invoice we issue will usually show the customs value of the goods. Depending on the destination country, local import duties, taxes, customs charges, or VAT may be charged separately upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance. Because customs rules vary from country to country, we recommend checking your local import requirements before placing an order if you are unsure.
Insurance
Although we pack shipments carefully, accidents can occasionally happen during transport, and parcels may sometimes be lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Once the goods leave our premises, handling is under the responsibility of the courier. Most courier services include a limited level of insurance, but that coverage may not always reflect the full value of the shipment.
If you require additional insurance coverage, please let us know when placing your order. In the event of loss or transit-related damage, claims usually need to be made within the time period required by the courier and may require supporting documents, photographs, and the original packaging. In some cases, local authorities may also require a formal report in the destination country. We will do our best to support customers throughout the claim process and provide the documents needed from our side.
If you have any questions about shipping, courier options, or freight charges, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to help clarify the best shipping solution for your destination and order type.
