If an error occurs on our side you will be fully credited for the error,
or items will be reshipped at our expense.
1. Must be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods.
2. All displays leave our warehouse in good condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or re-taped, you must file a claim with the courier at the time of delivery. You can also take a photo of the box and damage goods and send us an email to file a claim with our courier. The box is required to file a claim, so please keep it. If you do not have the box, we will be unable to credit you for any damaged goods.
1. We sell only high-quality products and are committed to company satisfaction. We grant you the right to return every item you purchase from us within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied. Returned items must be unused – only stock items (not items produced specifically for your order) may be returned.
2. You do not have to ship the damaged goods within 30 days of receipt of those goods; but you should advise us within 30 days. We will provide you with a return ticket number that you can use when shipping the goods back to Salamander Jewelry. Any claim beyond that time period will not be accepted.
