Returns and Claims
If you need to report a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. The terms below explain how we handle errors, transit-related damage, and approved returns.
In Case of Error on Our Part
If an error occurs on our part, we will either issue a full credit for the affected items or reship them at our expense. Please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.
In Case of Transit Damage
- Any damage caused during transportation or handling must be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
- All shipments leave our warehouse in good condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened, crushed, wet, or re-taped, you must file a claim with the courier at the time of delivery.
- We strongly recommend taking clear photos of the outer carton, internal packaging, shipping label, and damaged goods, and sending them to us by email to support the claim.
- Please keep the original box and all packaging materials, as they may be required for the courier claim. Without the original packaging, we may be unable to process a claim or issue credit for transit-related damage.
Returning Goods
- We guarantee the high quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. Unused stock items only may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to our approval. OEM items and products made specifically for your order are not returnable.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- If you need to return goods, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a return authorization or return reference number, which should be included with the shipment back to Salamander Jewelry.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
