What happens if you want to send something back?
In case of fault of Salamander Jewelry Co., Ltd., you will be fully credited or items will be reshipped at our expense
1. Must be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods.
2. All Displays leave our warehouse in good condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or re-taped, you must file a claim with the courier at the time of delivery. You can also take a photo of the box and damage goods and send us an email to file a claim with our courier. The box is needed to file a claim if you throw out the box, or do not have the box, we will be unable to credit you for damaged goods.
1. We sell high-quality products and want to satisfy all our customers. We grant you the right to return every item you purchase from us within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied. Of course, returned items have to be unused and not be special order items we manufactured specially for you and do not keep stock of.
2. You do not have to ship the damaged goods within 30 days of receipt of those goods; but you should advise us within those 30 days. We will provide you with a return ticket number that you can use when shipping the goods back to Salamander Jewelry. Any claim beyond that time period will not be accepted.
